Product & CDISC training to suit you

Want to become an expert in industry standards? Or learn the ryze platform inside out? We can help you become faster and more efficient at what you do. Ask us to come on-site to do classroom training. Or, we can train you remotely through webinars. It’s down to you and what’s best for your needs.

Become an expert in industry standards

ryze is built on the latest CDISC standards. So we really have to know what we’re talking about. We make it our business to know about changes to legislation too. That way we keep our software up-to-date, and you benefit from the very latest industry standards knowledge.

You can book our 5 day CDISC training plan that covers all CDISC standards. Or we can put together a bespoke training package. Perhaps you want to focus on specific standards, or go into more detail somewhere. That’s why we keep it flexible.

And we use real-world examples, so that you come away with hands-on knowledge that you can take back to your day job. Get in touch and tell us what you’re looking for. Then we’ll come back to you with costs and a proposed training plan.

Master the ryze platform

You can have face-to-face ryze product training at your offices. This works particularly well for team training or larger groups.

Or you may prefer online training through video conference software (like WebEx). We also offer e-learning courses that you can buy straight from ryze.

You might need a week long course, several days, or topic focused single training days. We also do bespoke training plans built around your specific needs. Please get in touch and we can explain the different options and let you know the costs.

We've got your back with CDISC training & product support

Our Professional Services department is also here to support you with ryze. As soon as you start working with us, you’ll have your own account manager. Think of them as someone in Formedix fighting your corner. Representing the needs of your company. It’s their job to help you achieve your goals, and solve any problems.

Product support
You can also turn to your account manager for product support. Either by phone, email or online chat – whichever works for you. Our standard support hours are Monday-Friday, 9am to 5.30pm GMT. But we offer wider support packages, for example to cover different time zones, if needed.

And remember, we’re not like a call centre where you wait in a queue for ages, or get passed around voicemails. You’ll find that we’re easy to get hold of, and very responsive to your needs.

CDISC expertise
As well as ryze product expertise, our Professional Services team know all about CDISC industry standards. We were one of the first ever CDISC members over 18 years ago. And we’re still active members of the CDISC XML Technology team. So we have to be on top of the latest CDISDC standards, and keep ryze updated too. Our team regularly speak at industry events, and we offer training in both CDISC standards and the ryze platform.

See our CDISC membership certificate for the year 2021-2022.

FAQs

What are the compliance benefits of CDISC standards in ryze?

ryze uses templates built on CDISC rules. That means compliance for your SDTM datasets and ADaM datasets is built in right from the start of your study.

When is it best to implement CDISC standards?

The best time is right at the start of a study, then you’ll know what your end deliverables will be. Get started by defining your tables, listings and figures (TLFs). And from there your ADaM datasets, SDTM datasets and eCRF design and annotations.

What type of courses does Formedix offer?

We offer 3 types of courses. Face-to-face training at your office where you can have as many stakeholders attend as you want. There’s online training, which may be more convenient for you. Or, we offer e-learning courses that are available through the ryze platform.

What are some examples of ryze product training course topics?

You decide what you want and we can tailor a course to suit your needs. We’ve previously given end-to-end training on ryze. Topics could include managing standards, building EDCs, designing and converting datasets, annotating CRFs, Define.xml and validation.

What about CDISC training?

We can do that too! We’ve got over 19 years experience with CDISC standards so we’re well placed to help. Just let us know what CDISC standards you want to learn about, and we’ll come up with a tailor made course to suit.
