Disclosure to 3rd parties

3rd party servers:

Business transfers:

We will likely transfer information about you if we are acquired by or merged with another company or in the case of the sale of all or substantially all of our assets. If this happens, we will put notice on our website about the change and any privacy policy that may apply.

Handling uploaded and converted files

We store uploaded files to our server temporarily for conversion purposes. When the conversion process ends, we delete those files from our servers automatically. The converted file is stored on our servers for up to 7 days so that the user can download it. Deletion of stored files within that time period is in the user’s control.

There is no back-up of stored files. Contents of the files are not being monitored in any way by Formedix or any other third party. The content of the converted file is accessible via the Downloads page for registered users.

Security

We are committed to keeping your data safe and secure. We apply security practices in order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure. However, there is a certain amount of risk involved in transmitting data over the Internet. Although we will do our best to protect your information, we cannot absolutely guarantee the security of your data. Any transmission is at your own risk.
