Formedix Transform^TM is delivered as a range of Origin^TM Study Modeller plug-ins that extend the CDISC Operational Data Model to support the automated build of a variety of target data capture environments.  In addition, Formedix Transform^TM plug-ins contain visualizations which allow clients to view exactly how eCRFs will appear in their chosen target EDC system within Origin^TM Study Modeller.  Furthermore, integrated converters are provided to allow CDISC ODM to be transformed into proprietary metadata for automated build of the target EDC system.

Formedix have several of these transforms for Origin^TM Study Modeller under development which have been built in conjunction with a number of the largest Electronic Data Capture and Registry Providers.  Over the forthcoming year we will launch different transforms for different EDC systems.  

This Transform technology is also used to auto-generate print-ready paper CRFs.
